Description: Intense garnet red colour with a rich and composite bouquet of sweet spices, dried flowers, leather and undergrowth. It's an harmonious wine,well structured with elegant tannins and great balance and complexity.
Vineyard: We have created our vineyards focusing the attention on the most suitable selections in order to express the highest potential of each grape and of each place. The vines are trained with the traditional Guyot simple system and the grapes are all picked by hand before being transported to the winery as quickly as possible.Our vineyards are managed according to the principles of sustainable agriculture.
Vinification: blend of 3 vineyards of property in the communes of Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra and Verdun. Harvest time: 26th/1st October 2012 Fermentation: 15 days at 28°C in stainless steel vats with control of temperature and with 6 pumpings over per day.
