San Tommaso, Cantucci Biscuits


Cantucci are fingers of crumbly pastry packed with almond pieces. Made with few ingredients but all of excellent quality: flour, sugar, eggs, honey, almonds and baking agents.

The flavour of the crunchy almonds make these biscuits a real delight for the palate, delicious with coffee and makes a superb dessert when served with freshly creamed ricotta and drizzled with honey.
