Description
It fits the definition of the everyday wine wonderfully. It is deep red in colour with a range of fragrances, including licorice and raspberry, that stand out.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified in stainless steel for 12 days with skin contact at a temperature of 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks.
Food Match
An easily paired wine this summer and perfect for pizza, barbecued meats and matured cheese. Having a preference for veggies- any of them roasted would match beaufifully with this wine!
