Description
Cherry-coloured with an intense floral bouquet that comes from our best Syrah. Notes of white pepper, peach & strawberry. A mouthwatering wine with a good acidity and balanced tannins. It’s certainly a summer choice!
Vinification
Vinification in white with maceration of the skin for 12 hours, the grapes are later soft pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20° for 15 days.
Food Match
If served fresh it’s the perfect companion for grilled lamb dishes, seafood and pasta infused in spices. A great combination with a selection of typical italian bruschettas
