Fig Jam


Fig jam (210g of fruit in 100g of jam), sugar and citric acid. Firm texture, greenish-yellow in colour, with a sweet, lingering taste that is delicately mouthfilling.

Spread on lightly toasted bread or focaccia.

Excellent spread on a slice of Canestrato di Castel del Monte pecorino cheese as its lingering flavour fuses with the delicate softness of the jam, whose texture envelops the palate to release a gratifying combination of mild, pleasing flavours.
