Pinot Grigio Blush DOC

Description: Salmon pink, with an aromatic nose of freshly crushed cranberries. A delicious balance of zingy citrus and fruity red berry flavours lead this light, dry and crisp wine. Very easy to drink, and perfect for any summer occasion.

Vinification: Cold maceration for approximately one night in contact with the skin in stainless steel press-machine in a completely sealed environment. Then white grape wine-making technique proceeds followed by alcoholic fermentation at a supervised temperature with selected yeasts. Further steel refinement

Food Match: Perfect drinking during the spring and summer months, this rose is a great match for salads, fish and light pasta dishes. Try it with grilled or barbecued chicken with a cous-cous salad, or enjoy with your favourite pizza.
