1. Can I collect the bottles in-store?
   Yes, definitely. You can select this during checkout and choose one of our outlets
2. How long does it take to receive the delivery?
   Normally, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days. 

1. What is the refund policy on wine bottles?
   If you change your mind, please contact info@veenobars.com within 7 days from the date of purchase to get a return authorisation label and then you can send or bring back the products to one of our stores (if unopened and in the original package). We will then refund you the full amount.

1. I am sending a gift! Can you customise the package and/or add any special messages?
