Both the color and on the palate there is a marked reminder to the wild cherries of May, typical of the Marche region. The warm alcoholic content and tanginess make it an assertive, structured and perfectly balanced wine.
It is perfect with cured meats, vegetable or meat pie, tomato-based first courses. It gives its best with seafood soups: the matching with a typical receipt of the local cuisine, the “brodetto all’Anconetana”, represent a real must-try.
