From our best selection of Frappato grapes grown on the hillside, comes Frappo, with its delicate pink color, fresh and fruity taste. Lively, harmonious, and with a pleasant acidity, it reveals a vibrant note of strawberry and cherry
Vinification
8 hours of maceration at 10°C, soft pressing, and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature. 4 months in steel tanks, aging in the bottle.
Food Match
Served chilled, it is the perfect wine for light lunches with rich salads or even more elaborated grilled dishes, from vegetables to meat. It pairs well with grilled white meats and vegetables, seafood appetizers, seafood risotto, and fried fish.
